AVID FIELD TRIP CALENDAR OF EVENTS: 2013-2014

Steps for securing your student's field trip(s):

1. Scroll through the field trips to choose your student's best option(s).

2. Secure seat by submitting payment (preferably online by following the PAY HERE button or by bringing in cash/check to Mrs. Forst / Mrs. Huntley)

3. Class Field Trip forms can be accessed below.

  • Option 1: Forms can either be printed off, signed and brought in to Mrs. Forst / Mrs. Huntley or electronically signed and dropped into the area below.

  • Option 2: After payment is submitted, student can ask for a paper copy permission form from Mrs. Forst/Mrs. Huntley.

4. Complete the Field Trip Emergency Contact form. We require two contacts for your student. If you have completed this once, you will not need to complete this form again.

5. View trip's agenda.
